The Return Retreat

A Sacred Pause to Return to Breath, Presence, Clarity, and the Life You Were Created to Live

The Woman You’re Becoming Is Waiting for You.

Somewhere inside of you…

You already know why you’re here.

You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else.

Holding everything together.

Being the strong one.

The dependable one.

The woman everyone leans on.

And somewhere along the way…

you quietly lost yourself.

Not because you weren’t trying.

Because life simply asked so much of you.

The Return Retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise long enough to hear your own heart again.

Choosing a retreat this meaningful deserves a conversation.

You are not broken.

You have been carrying too much for too long.

I See You

I’ve had the privilege of sitting with thousands of women over the years…

Different stories.

Different backgrounds.

Different seasons of life.

Yet beneath every conversation, I continue meeting the same woman.

The woman who quietly wonders if she’s enough.

The woman who has become so good at caring for everyone else that she no longer knows how to receive.

The woman who misses laughing…feeling light.

Who misses herself.

If you’re reading this and thinking,

“How did she know?”

It’s because I see you.

Not the version of you that’s performing.

The woman underneath it all.

And I want you to know something.

I don’t believe you need fixing.

I believe you’ve simply been carrying more than your heart was ever meant to hold.

A woman with curly black hair wearing a pink sleeveless dress holding a clay pot in an outdoor setting with lush green plants.
A group of women practicing yoga or meditation in a living room, seated on mats surrounded by candles and decorative items, with a shrine or altar in the background.
A woman with long dark hair, wearing a red sweatshirt, sitting on the floor against a wall, holding a circular object wrapped in paper and string, with feathers held by a person standing nearby. There are glass jars on a shelf behind her.

“Healing begins the moment a woman finally feels safe enough to soften.”

Why I Created

The Return

A woman with curly dark hair wearing a pink spaghetti strap top and silver jewelry, standing outdoors in a lush green environment with a blue painted wall on her right side, smiling and looking slightly upwards.

Years ago, I realized there were transformations that simply could not happen in a Psychic reading or a coaching session.

Some breakthroughs deserve a weekend.

Some experiences deserve witnesses & presence.

I wanted to create more than a retreat.

I wanted to create a space where women could finally put everything down.

Where they didn’t have to prove themselves or hold everyone else together.

A place where they could simply breathe

I don’t believe transformation happens when someone gives you all the answers.

I believe transformation begins the moment you choose in.

“Some transformations deserve more than an hour.”

From My Heart to Yours

A woman with curly black hair wearing a pink dress standing in front of lush green palm leaves, smiling and holding the leaves with her hands.
A woman with dark hair, sitting cross-legged on the floor, appears to be praying or meditating. She has her hand on her chest and eyes closed. She is dressed in a patterned black and white robe and white pants, with a colorful beaded necklace. In front of her, a person is lying down on their side, covered with a black and white patterned blanket. The room has a modern decor with a framed geometric artwork, a large potted fig plant, a dining table with tan chairs, and some small candles and items on the floor and table.

Women often ask me what makes these retreats different.

The answer isn’t the workshops or the beautiful setting.

It isn’t the sound healing or the meals we share together.

It’s what happens when a woman realizes she no longer has to carry everything alone.

After serving thousands of women, I’ve come to believe something with my whole heart.

Women are not broken.

They’re exhausted.

They’re carrying invisible burdens.

They’re trying so hard to be everything for everyone that they’ve forgotten how to belong to themselves.

That breaks my heart.

Because when I look at a woman, I don’t first see what needs to change.

I see her goodness…her wisdom…her tenderness.

I see the strength she’s had to develop just to survive.

And I see the woman she’s becoming.

People often assume women trust me because of my intuitive abilities.

The truth is much simpler.

I believe they trust me because they feel seen.

Not judged or analyzed.

Seen.

I understand that my role has never been to fix anyone.

My role is to create a space so grounded in love, integrity, curiosity, and safety that a woman feels free enough to hear her own inner wisdom.

Because I don’t want you to leave this retreat trusting me.

I want you to leave trusting yourself.

A woman praying with her hands pressed against a wall, eyes closed, while a person lies motionless on a bed in the background.

Before every retreat, I quietly pray for the women who will gather.

I believe no one arrives by accident.

I believe every woman is gently being guided toward exactly what her soul is ready for.

If our paths are meant to cross, I will welcome you with my whole heart.

And if you choose to join us, my deepest hope isn’t that you leave inspired.

It’s that you leave lighter.

Softer.

More peaceful.

More fully yourself.

Because the greatest transformation isn’t becoming someone new.

It’s finally trusting the woman you’ve been all along.
